1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getcinnara.com (the "Site") and any purchase of CINNARA products (the "Products"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy, Subscription Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and SBK SOLUTIONS, the legal entity operating CINNARA.

3. Eligibility

To purchase Products or create an account on the Site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Provide a valid shipping address within the United States (CINNARA does not currently ship internationally)
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.


4. Products

4.1 Product Description

CINNARA sells dietary supplements, including Ceylon cinnamon softgels formulated with MCT oil. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and supplement facts panels are provided on each product page.

We make every effort to display Product images accurately. However, slight variations in packaging, color, or label design may occur and do not entitle you to refund or replacement outside of our standard Refund Policy.

4.2 Availability

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, discontinue, or limit Product availability at any time
  • Cancel any order in case of stockout, pricing error, or supply chain disruption
  • Refund any amount already charged if we are unable to fulfill your order

4.3 No Resale Without Authorization

Products are intended for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of CINNARA Products is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.


5. Pricing

5.1 Currency and Taxes

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5.2 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed. For subscription pricing changes, see our Subscription Policy for advance notification requirements.

5.3 Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing (e.g. "Buy 2 + 1 Free," discount codes, first-month discounts) is subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of offer. Promotional pricing typically:

  • Applies only to the specific order or initial subscription shipment, unless otherwise stated
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly authorized
  • Reverts to standard pricing on subsequent subscription renewals
  • May be limited to one redemption per customer or household

5.4 Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error on the Site (e.g. a Product listed at $0.99 instead of $59.99), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after order confirmation.


6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before fulfillment, including for reasons of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
  • Product unavailability
  • Shipping address restrictions
  • Repeated abuse of the Refund Policy

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Any other payment method displayed at checkout

Payment is processed by third-party processors (including Shopify Payments and Stripe). You agree to be bound by their respective terms of service.

6.3 Charges

You authorize us to charge the full amount of your order — including Product cost, shipping fees, and applicable taxes — to your selected payment method at the time of purchase.

For subscriptions, you authorize recurring automatic charges as described in our Subscription Policy.


7. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and shipping fees are described in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

CINNARA currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories outside the contiguous 50 states unless explicitly indicated at checkout.


8. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary:

  • 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to all Products
  • Refund requires return of the Product at your expense
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items are refunded or replaced at no cost to you

9. Subscriptions

If you purchase a Monthly Practice or Quarterly Ritual subscription, you authorize recurring charges and shipments as described in our Subscription Policy. Cancellation, modification, and refund terms for subscriptions are detailed in that policy.


10. Account Registration

You are not required to create an account to make a purchase. However, creating an account at getcinnara.com/account allows you to:

  • Track your orders
  • Manage your subscriptions
  • Save shipping addresses and payment methods
  • Access your order history

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getcinnara.com if you suspect unauthorized access.


11. Health Disclaimers — Please Read Carefully

11.1 FDA Disclosure

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

CINNARA Products are dietary supplements, not drugs, and are sold in accordance with the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA).

11.2 Consult Your Healthcare Provider

The information provided on the Site and Product labels is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before:

  • Starting any new dietary supplement, including CINNARA
  • Combining supplements with prescription medications, particularly blood-sugar-lowering medications (e.g. metformin, insulin), as Ceylon cinnamon may interact
  • Using supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, planning to become pregnant, or have any pre-existing medical condition

11.3 Not For Children

CINNARA Products are formulated for adult use only. Do not use if you are under 18 years of age.

11.4 Individual Results May Vary

Customer testimonials and reviews displayed on the Site reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for every user. Supplement results depend on many factors, including individual physiology, diet, exercise, and consistency of use.

11.5 Adverse Reactions

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider immediately if you experience any adverse reaction (nausea, allergic response, gastrointestinal discomfort, etc.). Report serious adverse events to support@getcinnara.com.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, photos, product names, the CINNARA brand, packaging design, formulations, and proprietary blends — is the exclusive property of SBK SOLUTIONS or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without our prior written authorization
  • Use the CINNARA name, logo, or trademarks in any way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without authorization
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract proprietary formulation information

Limited personal use (e.g. sharing a Product link on social media, leaving a customer review with a photo) is permitted and encouraged.


13. User Conduct

When using the Site or interacting with CINNARA, you agree NOT to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (e.g. via bots, scrapers, DDoS attempts)
  • Submit false or malicious customer reviews
  • Abuse the Refund Policy (e.g. repeatedly ordering and requesting refunds in bad faith)
  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse CINNARA staff or other customers

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and — where applicable — legal action.


14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

14.1 "AS IS" Disclaimer

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • The Products will meet specific health outcomes
  • Any errors on the Site will be corrected

14.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBK SOLUTIONS and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Site or Products

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site or a Product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SBK SOLUTIONS, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Site or Products
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right
  • Your false statements or fraudulent activity

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution First

If you have any dispute with CINNARA, you agree to contact us first at support@getcinnara.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal proceeding. We commit to engaging in good-faith resolution efforts.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a Product purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except as set forth in Section 16.4 below.

Arbitration shall be conducted:

  • By a single arbitrator
  • Under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules
  • In the location nearest to the customer's place of residence, or virtually, at the customer's option
  • With each party bearing its own attorneys' fees and costs, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

16.4 Exceptions

The arbitration requirement does not apply to:

  • Small claims court actions for disputes valued under $5,000, which may be brought in the customer's local small claims court
  • Injunctive relief sought by CINNARA to protect its intellectual property
  • Claims that cannot be subject to arbitration under applicable consumer protection law (including certain rights under California, New York, and Vermont law)

16.5 Right to Opt Out

You may opt out of the binding arbitration clause (Section 16.2) and class action waiver (Section 16.3) by sending written notice to support@getcinnara.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name, order number, and a clear statement that you opt out.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The commercial courts of the jurisdiction in which SBK SOLUTIONS is registered (Laval, France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 16.

However, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws of your state of residence in the United States, including but not limited to:

  • The Federal Trade Commission Act
  • State consumer protection statutes (California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, New York General Business Law, etc.)
  • State auto-renewal laws (CA, NY, VT, etc.)

18. Force Majeure

CINNARA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies
  • Supply chain disruptions, raw material shortages
  • Carrier delays, customs delays, postal service disruptions
  • Cyberattacks, internet outages
  • Government action or regulation

19. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our Products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.


20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Subscription Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CINNARA regarding the Site and your purchase of Products. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.


22. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
  • Sending an email notification to active subscribers (for changes affecting subscription terms)

Continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the Site and cancel any active subscriptions.
