Overview
CINNARA offers two recurring subscription options for our Ceylon cinnamon supplement, designed to make consistent daily use easy and affordable:

By subscribing, you authorize CINNARA (operated by SBK SOLUTIONS) to automatically charge your chosen payment method and ship the product on a recurring basis until you cancel.
This policy explains how subscriptions work, how to manage them, and how to cancel.
How Auto-Renewal Works
When you subscribe to Monthly Practice or Quarterly Ritual:
- You're charged for your first shipment immediately at checkout
- Each subsequent shipment is charged automatically to your saved payment method the day before it ships
- Shipments arrive every 30 days (Monthly) or every 90 days (Quarterly), based on the plan you selected
- Your subscription continues until you cancel — there is no minimum number of shipments required
Reminder before each renewal: We send you an email 3 days before each recurring charge so you can pause, skip, or cancel before the next shipment if needed.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime. No fees. No phone calls. No retention scripts.
Option 1 — Self-Service (Fastest)
- Log in to your account at getcinnara.com/account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
The cancellation takes effect immediately. You'll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes.
Option 2 — Email
Email support@getcinnara.com with:
- The subject line: "Cancel subscription"
- Your order number (e.g. #1023) or the email address on your account
We confirm cancellation within 1 business day.
Both options are equally valid and result in the same outcome.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Before the next renewal charge: Cancellation prevents the next shipment. You will not be charged again.
- After the next renewal charge but before shipping: Contact us at support@getcinnara.com — we can typically still cancel the shipment and refund the charge if the package hasn't yet left our facility.
- After the shipment has left our facility: The shipment will proceed as normal. You can still request a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Refund Policy) — the product must be returned at your expense.
Modifying Your Subscription
In addition to canceling, you can manage your subscription in several ways:
Skip a Shipment
Useful if you have extra bottles or want to delay your next delivery. Skipping a shipment pushes the next charge and ship date forward by one cycle (30 or 90 days).

Change Frequency
Switch between Monthly Practice and Quarterly Ritual at any time. Pricing adjusts to the new plan's rate on the next billing cycle.
Pause Your Subscription
Pause your subscription indefinitely without canceling. Your account stays active and you can resume anytime — no need to re-enroll or re-enter payment info.
Update Shipping Address or Payment Method
Manage both directly from getcinnara.com/account. Address changes take effect on your next shipment if updated at least 2 business days before the next renewal.
Failed Payments
If your saved payment method fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):
- We attempt the charge up to 3 times over 7 days
- You'll receive an email notification after each failed attempt with a link to update your payment method
- If all 3 attempts fail, your subscription is automatically paused (not cancelled) and your shipment is not sent
- You can update your payment method anytime at getcinnara.com/account to resume
We will never share payment failures with third parties or report them to credit bureaus.
Price Changes
If we ever change subscription pricing, we will:
- Notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of the price change
- Give you the option to cancel before the new price takes effect with no penalty
- Honor your existing rate through your next renewal if you remain subscribed
Promotional pricing (e.g. "first month at $19.99") will revert to the standard rate on subsequent renewals, as clearly disclosed at the time of subscription enrollment.
Refunds for Subscription Charges
All subscription shipments are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- Unauthorized or unwanted renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a shipment you didn't want, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@getcinnara.com. If the shipment hasn't left our facility yet, we'll cancel and refund in full.
- Shipment received but you no longer want it: Our standard 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies. See our Refund Policy for the full process, including return shipping requirements.
Your Acknowledgment at Enrollment
When you subscribe at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ✅ You are enrolling in a recurring auto-renewing subscription
- ✅ Your payment method will be automatically charged on each renewal cycle
- ✅ The subscription continues until you cancel through one of the methods described above
- ✅ You have read and accept this Subscription Policy and our Refund Policy
A confirmation of these terms is included in your order confirmation email.
California, New York, and Vermont Residents
In compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law, the New York Automatic Renewal Law, and the Vermont Automatic Renewal Law:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the methods described above
- We will send reminders before each renewal with clear instructions on how to cancel
- Material changes to subscription terms (including price increases) will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
If you are a California resident and have not received a confirmation containing your subscription terms within 2 business days of enrollment, please contact us at support@getcinnara.com.

Updates to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Material changes (including changes to billing terms, cancellation methods, or pricing structure) will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
The most current version of this policy is always available at getcinnara.com/policies/subscription-policy with a "Last Updated" date at the top.
This policy applies to subscription purchases made through getcinnara.com. Subscription purchases made through third-party platforms (Amazon Subscribe & Save, etc.) are subject to those platforms' subscription terms.
