Overview
Every CINNARA order is carefully packed and shipped from our United States fulfillment center via USPS Priority Mail, with full tracking and a typical delivery window of 3–7 business days from order placement.
This policy explains where we ship, how shipping costs work, how long delivery takes, and what happens in case of delays, lost packages, or other issues.
Where We Ship
CINNARA currently ships to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, including:
- All 48 contiguous US states
- Alaska and Hawaii
We do not currently ship to:
- US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
- APO, FPO, DPO military addresses
- Countries outside the United States

PO Boxes: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes within the 50 US states.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Sales tax (if applicable to your state) is added separately.

Processing Time
After you place your order:
- Order confirmation email is sent immediately with your order details
- Your order enters our fulfillment queue
- Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
- Once packed, your order ships and you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number
Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Method and Transit Time
We ship via USPS Priority Mail as our standard service. Once your order ships:

Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on weather, peak shipping seasons, and USPS service performance in your area.
Total order-to-delivery estimate: 3–7 business days in most cases.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly at:
- usps.com/tracking (enter your tracking number)
- Or via the Shop app if you used Shop Pay at checkout
Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
Subscription Shipments
If you've subscribed to Monthly Practice or Quarterly Ritual:
- Subsequent shipments are processed and shipped on the same schedule as new orders (1–2 business days processing + 2–5 days transit)
- Each shipment is charged the same $3.99 shipping fee
- You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for every subscription shipment

Shipping Delays
Certain situations may delay your order beyond our standard estimates:
- Peak holiday seasons (November–December): expect 1–3 extra days
- Severe weather events affecting USPS operations
- Customs or address verification issues for unusual addresses
- Payment verification holds on high-value orders flagged by our fraud system
- Subscription renewal failures (failed payment, expired card) — see Subscription Policy
If we anticipate a delay of more than 5 business days beyond your original estimate, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If USPS tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your order:
- Wait 48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark packages "Delivered" before actual delivery, and delayed scans are common.
- Check with neighbors, building staff, and household members — packages are occasionally misdelivered nearby.
- Look in safe spots around your home (back porch, behind plants, mailbox).
- Contact us at support@getcinnara.com within 14 days of the "Delivered" notification.
We will open an investigation with USPS. Based on the outcome:
- If USPS confirms the package was misdelivered or lost in transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you
- If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address (e.g. with photo proof), we may be unable to issue a refund or reshipment, as the package becomes a matter for local police or your insurance
If tracking shows the package has not moved for more than 7 business days:
Contact us at support@getcinnara.com. We will investigate with USPS and, if the package is confirmed lost in transit, reship your order at no cost.
Damaged Packages
If your CINNARA order arrives damaged, leaking, or with broken seals:
- Take photos of the damaged package and product (including the shipping label)
- Do not discard the packaging — USPS may require it for inspection
- Contact us at support@getcinnara.com within 14 days of delivery with the photos and your order number
We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including shipping — your choice. No return required for damaged items.
Wrong Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If your order ships to an incorrect address that you entered:
- Before shipping: Contact us immediately at support@getcinnara.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the address at no cost.
- After shipping: We are unable to redirect the package once it's in USPS's hands. The package will be returned to us as undeliverable, at which point we can either reship to the correct address (you cover the new $3.99 shipping fee) or issue a refund minus the original $3.99 shipping cost.
Important: Double-check your address at checkout — particularly apartment numbers, suite numbers, and ZIP codes.
International Shipping
CINNARA does not currently ship internationally. We're focused on serving customers within the United States with the best possible service.
If you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please email support@getcinnara.com with the subject line "International shipping interest" and your country.
Free Doctor's Guide
Every CINNARA order includes a complimentary digital Doctor's Guide — a comprehensive resource on Ceylon cinnamon, blood sugar support, and how to integrate CINNARA into a daily routine.
- The Doctor's Guide is delivered as a PDF via email, typically within 1 hour of your order confirmation
- No additional cost, no shipping required
- If you don't receive the PDF within 24 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact support@getcinnara.com
Order Confirmation and Communication
Throughout the shipping process, you will receive emails at the address provided at checkout:

Holidays and Closures
Our fulfillment center observes US federal holidays. Orders placed on or just before these holidays may experience an additional 1–2 day processing delay:

- Juneteenth
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
USPS does not deliver on Sundays or major holidays.

Updates to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Material changes (including changes to shipping rates, zones, or estimated transit times) will be communicated via email to active subscribers and posted at the top of this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
This policy applies to orders placed through getcinnara.com. Orders placed through third-party retailers (Amazon, etc.) are subject to those retailers' shipping policies.
